Heritage Yak Transfers

Inter-Registry Transfers (with previous Neogen Genetic Testing). $25

Yak previously tested at GeneSeek and meeting the Industry Standard for genetic testing, may be eligible for WHYC Heritage Yak status. If no additional Genetic testing from Neogen is needed, there is only a $25 processing fee to check your genetic compatibility and register with NAHYR. Just send us your genetic report from USYAKS and Intrepid Bioinformatics. Please contact us if you have questions.

Member to Member. $30

For Transfers of Heritage Yak between WHYC Members with NAHYR Registered yak, the fee will go to support our cost of managing the data base and processing the paperwork.

Inter-Registry Transfers (if new Genetic Testing is needed): $75

If you don’t have a valid genetic report, the submission is considered a New Registration.
